The company BC&C s.r.o. (ID 04680006) was founded in 2016 with the aim of combining more than twenty-five years of experience with project management and project management.
BC&C's philosophy: to offer a high-quality service based on many years of experience for both domestic and international companies (or individuals).

How we work - what are our procedures from demand to project implementation:
Phase 1:
Receiving a request → Arranging a meeting → Clarifying project → Draft plan and prices
Phase 2:
Specification of project details, schedule and payment terms → Contract signing
Phase 3:
Order execution → Regular control of the implementation in the agreed scope (reports, meetings,etc)
Phase 4:
Final inspection of unfinished work → Handover → Satisfied client :)

We cooperate with a number of consulting companies, such as: Domalewski advisory, Svoboda & Williams and others. A typical example of our partners is a Czech real estate consulting company, which does not have its own project management department and, if necessary, has an agreed cooperation with an external company (with us).
