We are able to carry out the contract ourselves in the form of so-called construction management or coordination of individual suppliers without the need for roofing by the general contractor . The contractual relationship is concluded by partial suppliers directly with the investor.

compilation of a list of potential suppliers and their subsequent selection and negotiation
compilation of priorities and expected schedule of activities, incl. payment calendar
coordination and supervision over the quality of the realized order, incl. solving everyday problems
continuous updating of the construction schedule and budget
providing the necessary documents for the subsequent approval of the building (if required)
preparation of lists of defects and unfinished works of individual suppliers during partial acceptances
